What counts as 1 AI credit?
Each AI credit represents one AI operation: generating a summary (1 credit), extracting action items (1 credit), or sending a chat message (1 credit). Transcription is always unlimited and never consumes credits.
Is my data really private?
Yes. 100% of transcription happens on your iPhone using Apple's Speech API. Only text excerpts (not audio) are sent to our servers for AI processing. We cannot access your recordings, and you can delete all data anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel directly in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. No dark patterns, no retention tricks, no questions asked. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 7-day free trial includes full access to Plus or Pro features. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and pay nothing. No credit card tricks—we'll remind you 24 hours before charging.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Email support@goatnote.ai with your receipt, and we'll process it within 24 hours.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus gives you 500 AI credits/month (perfect for 15-20 sessions). Pro offers unlimited credits for heavy users who need summaries, action items, and AI chat for every session without limits.
Can I switch plans later?
